This module is an introduction to facilitation, covering how to start and facilitate a meeting and how to use active listening and summarising to move the group forwards. It's useful for anyone that wants to facilitate any kind of XR meeting, including affinity group meetings, working group meetings or action planning meetings. It's best to attend a Facilitation training in person, so that you can participate in the more interactive parts and become part of the XR community. However, if this is not possible for you, or you want a refresher, then this online training is for you!
